The hotel itself was stunning. Interiors were gorgeous. The hotel room was cosy and comfortable. We loved the rooftop pool and the nearby bars and restaurants. Such a great experience.

The location was excellent, no need for much transport as everything was in walking distance. The bed was comfortable and the little sitting area was nice too. The room was big, handy having a safe too.

This hotel is in a great location for the various meetings I had around the city during my stay. The staff are very friendly, the room comfortable, and the onsite restaurant was great.

The location is right across Chinatown, making it really convenient as it is in the heart of the Melbourne CBD. Easy to be spoilt for dining choices. We took the train and it was a short walk of 5 mins from Parliament Station. Everything was excellent for us - the nice fresh smell which greeted us upon entering, the modern interiors, impeccably made rooms, comfortable beds, pillows and linens, the view from the window. We made a few requests which the staff gladly accommodated. Thank you so much for a memorable stay with my children! We will surely be back for our regular staycation in the city!

Breakfast was varied, good quality with sufficient choice. King bed was the comfiest ever! Bathroom outstanding. Staff top notch, nothing too much trouble. “Will” on reception duty Christmas Day accomodating with a late check out, terrific customer service skills. Location spot on, close to everything, no car needed. Mini bar well stocked, reasonable priced. Liked online check-in for a quick uncomplicated arrival via self service kiosk to obtain room key cards and up to room; same for check-out. Personal touch and help on hand if needed. So quiet, great soundproofing of corridors and next door rooms and outside City noise. Slept like a log.
